Query Start and Stop Values in BLAST Tables

We have added new fields to the BLAST tables in DSAP! The "Query Start" is the first base pair of your sequence that matches to the sequence from the database. This may be the first base of your sequence or it may be a position in the middle of the sequence. The "Query Stop" is the last base pair of your sequence that matches to the sequence from the database. This may be the last base of your sequence or it may be a position in the middle of the sequence. There will be a new help module for this shortly
